With mouth closed, pull air slowly into your body, filling the center of your body (around your belly button).  Hold this breath in to a slow count of 3 - 8 as you sense oxygen filling and re-energizing your entire body.  Slowly release your breath as gently as possible from your lips.  Repeat throughout the day to calm your  system, increase mental clarity, and move you toward peace of mind.
