How to use E/Oils
1. Inhale Place one drop on the palm, gently rub hands together, then cup hands and take several deep breaths. Repeat throughout day... E/Os can also be inhaled from the bottle....
2. Apply Many can be applied full strength to skin of an adult... Others are best when blended into an organic seed oil., such as canola, olive, or safflower...

3. Ingest Place a drop on a small piece of bread and ingest. Best to consult with a trained health professional.
4. To freshen air - add a few drops into a small spray bottle - shake and spray....
5. Add a few drops when washing laundry - put a couple drops into the clothes dryer.
6. Add 10 drops to a spray bottle filled 3/4 water, and 1/4 white vinegar to make your own effective, non-toxic spray cleaner.
